We process orders Monday-Friday 9-5pm EST. Orders placed before 9am will be shipped out the same day, all others will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed on weekends and/or holidays will be shipped out the next business day. There may be delays with sales or holidays.
Fed Ex Ground takes two business days within the continental US. (Free with orders over $50!)
Standard USPS can take 4-10 days to get to you.

We offer a limited range of custom modifications to select bands. Pricing is per band:
- Stitching color swap: $15
- Add stitching to an unstitched band: $15
- Additional holes: starting at $5

Yes — we offer fully custom-made watch bands on a limited basis.
Custom bands are made from scratch using a range of premium materials, including:
- Alligator
- Crocodile

Custom band pricing starts at $159.
Final pricing depends on material, sizing, stitching, hardware, and finish, and is confirmed after reviewing the details of your request.

Unfortunately, due to trade laws, no exotics can be shipped outside of the US.
Each piece of leather is unique, with variations that are part of its natural beauty. Embrace the changes that come with time.
This is a small tool to help you remove the watch band from your current watch. We offer this as an add on to any purchase for $1.
You do not need this to remove bands with quick release pins.
Our tool is offered as a convenience for customers purchasing watch bands. It is not intended for bulk purchase. Orders for tools without corresponding band purchases may be cancelled.

You’ll choose how your band is prepared directly on the product page before adding it to your cart.
Select Standard spring bars + free tool if you prefer a traditional setup, or Pre-installed quick release pins for tool-free swapping. We’ll prepare your band exactly as selected.
No. Quick release pins are not available for bands 14mm and under.
In addition, Apple Watch bands are fitted with adapters, so spring bar and quick-release pin options do not apply to Apple Watch styles.
If you select standard spring bars for eligible bands, we include a free tool to make installation easy.

We do offer bulk purchasing for qualifying orders.
Because many of our bands are hand-finished and customizable, bulk and wholesale orders are handled individually to ensure quality and accurate lead times.

return policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Purchases made between November 15th and December 31st will have a return window to January 31.
Please reach out if you are unsure of the size that you need so we can make sure that you have the correct item the first time. =)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. If this is not the case, the item will not be refunded and will not be shipped back to you.
To start a return, you can request through shopify, or contact us at sunshinesupportmaven@wearhadley.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You can reuse the package you received your items in. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will not be returned back to you.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, and your item is in proper condition, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. If your refund is not approved, we will notify you via email and will not return the product to you.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method.
